1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of digital courses from Webshop drschirmerclinic.com, corporate registration number 559064-8233. By making a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions.

2. Order

Orders are made via our website. After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

3. Delivery

Access to digital courses is via email within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Payment

Payment is made via Swish/card. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.

5. Right of withdrawal

Since the product is a digital course, no right of withdrawal applies once you have access to the course or material. This follows from the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) Chapter 2, Section 11.

6. Complaints

If the course does not work technically, does not correspond to the description or if you want to complain for another reason, you have the right to complain according to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. Contact us at dr.schirmerclinic@gmail.com for assistance.

7. Warranty

We do not provide a general warranty on digital courses, but we strive for high quality and correct any errors that arise.

8. Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).

9. Changes to Terms of Purchase

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Purchase at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on drschirmer.com. It is your responsibility as a customer to regularly review the current Terms of Purchase.
